1. Free Transfer Policy (for 2-hour events only)
   For any 2-hour events such as Boating Basics, Intermediate Boating, or Fishing Basics, you are entitled to a free transfer to another suitable date within 6 months of your original event. After this 6-month period, a $30 transfer fee will apply.

2. No Show or Unnotified Transfers
   If you fail to show up for the event without informing us in advance that you wish to transfer, no refund or transfer will be given. You must notify us in advance if you are unable to attend and wish to transfer to a future date.

3. Full Day or Weekend Events Transfer Policy
   For full day or weekend events, if you wish to transfer your booking within 1 week of the trip date, a $50 transfer fee will apply. This fee will be applicable for each subsequent transfer request. If you cancel or fail to show up without prior notice within this time frame, no refund will be provided.

4. Weather-Related Changes
   We reserve the right to change the location of the trip due to adverse weather conditions. If the trip is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, you will have the option of either a full refund or to transfer to the next available trip.

5. Cancellation Due to Insufficient Participants
   If a trip is cancelled by us due to minimum numbers not being met, you will be entitled to a full refund.
